What You'll Do
|
Summary/Objective: Provide strong support to Business Development & Foundation Manager with relationship building and portfolio management regarding Business Development, SEGs, Financial Wellness and Community Events. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Conduct a regular cadence of financial wellness seminars, decision maker meetings, check-in meetings, and attend/participate in onsite events with business partners.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of select employee group (SEG) accounts, understanding their unique needs and objectives; regularly review and analyze the performance of each account within the book; collaborate with SEGs to increase engagement; meet and exceed target goals.
- Collaborate with various business areas within the organization to introduce and improve content, as well as strengthen internal and external partnerships.
- Gain a thorough understanding of all DCU products and services, and be able to explain them clearly. Open new memberships, accounts, and loans following established guidelines, and encourage the use of self-service options.
- Assist the Business Development & Foundation Manager with the creation and balancing of the Business Development/Community Relations budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with various internal and external business partners and community leaders regarding financial education and business development.
- Process new SEGs, maintain the SEG Charter, and provide Charter updates for monthly board meetings.
- Order, track, and distribute inventory of giveaway items for SEG and community events.
- Support the Business Development Manager with facilitating the submission of Marketing requests from the Branch Services team.
- Assist the Manager with the creation and updates to new and existing content for financial educational workshops/presentations with the Marketing and Compliance Departments.
- Facilitate the writing/posting of internal communications; assist with gathering material to write content for annual Community Impact report.
- Maintain SEG-related programs and their functions (import and audit data, facilitate updates/upgrades to systems).
- Create and/or update SEG policies and procedures within the Branch Services knowledge base system and Intranet pages and maintain an annual review process to ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Maintain all reporting, including calendar of events, tracked activities, sales, penetration, and other SEG-related data on a monthly/quarterly cadence.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).

What You'll Need
|
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of related experience in portfolio management and relationship building
- Strong conversational skills
- Previous financial institution experience preferred
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Proficiency with online platforms utilized for virtual presentations (i.e., Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
