Due to tremendous growth our national call center is adding experienced ADMISSIONS COORDINATORS at our regional office conveniently located in Brentwood, TN Are you looking to make a difference in your community? Position Summary:

The Admission Coordinator (AAC) is an entry-level position responsible for administrative tasks and response to initial inquiries associated with the admission center. Observes and after successful completion of the prescribed introductory period, answers calls from prospective patients from across the country in need of addiction treatment. Using focused listening, investigative, and communication skills the AC engages with prospective patients to identify their particular need and ultimately converts the call to an admission for the appropriate treatment solution. Thoroughly and clearly documents each patient interaction in MS4

Schedules Available:

Sunday -Thursday (Friday-Saturday off)

or

Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday-Monday off)

Job Duties:

  • Answers phone calls, emails, chats and texts in a timely manner according to established guidelines, from prospective patients seeking mental health and/or addiction treatment, referral accounts, mobile assessors, and business development representatives in the field.
  • Accurately and completely records all patient and patient-related interactions and information in MS4.
  • Provides reports, reviews documentation, and takes calls, emails, chats and tests as a backup as required.
  • Follows up with patients as needed or as requested by managers.
  • Identifies outpatient leads and refers them to the appropriate team member for qualification.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months-1 year of experience in transactional/relationship sales preferred.
  • Shows genuine empathy for those struggling with mental health and addiction issues.
  • Demonstrates excellent listening skills and the ability to recognize verbal and non-verbal cues.
  • Consistently demonstrates through conduct and communication the stability required to credibly and effectively assist patients.
  • Ability to inspire patient confidence.
  • Has basic knowledge of psychiatric and addiction treatment and administration.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office software, and some exposure to CRM systems.
