Your Team, Your Impact Marvell is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Director to oversee the strategy, operations, and program management functions of the DC Custom Silicon Engineering organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Custom Silicon Engineering, this individual will lead a small, highly skilled team of technical program managers. The role involves driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of custom silicon programs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in project and program management, a strong customer-facing presence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership while staying current with the latest technological advancements.What You Can Expect Strategic Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For
Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 197,140 - 295,300, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
