Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate

As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate setting, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be key in maintaining a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with individuals on-site, offering assistance and ensuring compliance with access control procedures. This position does not require driving or armed duties, allowing you to focus on maintaining a visible and approachable presence.

Pay Rate: $27.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• California Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
