Position Summary: As the Production Performance Manager, you will have complete accountability and autonomy to develop and execute the improvement strategy for your packaging production area. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and foster a culture of continuous improvement. By nurturing the competences of both individuals and teams, you will ensure the flawless execution of critical standards, driving excellence in every aspect. Empowering your team and cultivating a mindset of continuous improvement will be at the core of your leadership approach. Theapproximate payrange for this position is $110,000to $120,000 note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
