As a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, you play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure overall safety, quality, performance, and compliance within the organization. You are responsible for conducting internal audits, managing document control, and overseeing certification processes for current and future initiatives. You have the autonomy to handle standard procedures independently and can interpret office guidelines and practices to address non-routine situations. You seek supervision only when necessary for guidance and approvals. This position requires a high level of discretion, accountability, and the ability to work with minimal direction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support financial activities for the Distribution Center (DC):
    • Create purchase orders (POs)
    • Manage capital project requests (AFE's)
    • Maintain monthly finance reports.
    • Assist with Over, Short & Damage (OS&D) claims, detention reporting, and labor reporting.
  • Maintain AMEX account:
    • Reconcile account.
    • Process invoices
  • Coordinate department and team meetings.
  • Manage various department reports:
    • Measurements
    • Combined report
  • Maintain supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other necessary orders.
  • Manage budget reporting.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative functions.
  • Assist with inventory management and purchasing of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
  • Update access codes for shipping and receiving areas.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in management-level administrative support.

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in operating office and media equipment.
  • Strong team player with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
