As the Vice President of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Your leadership will extend to both the EHS and CI teams, guiding them to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while also enhancing operational efficiency. You will take charge of hiring, training, and managing a high-performing safety team, delivering comprehensive safety and environmental training programs, and pushing for the adoption of new technologies and reporting enhancements. Additionally, you will lead the corporate CI team, championing the CI culture and integrating its principles to drive waste elimination, capacity gains, and revenue generation through the MASCO Operating System (MOS).
