Marketing Graphics Internship- Immediate opportunity

We are searching for an Intern for our Marketing Team at Gemini in Cannon Falls, MN. This is a full-time or part-time hybrid opportunity for an immediate start with the potential to work through the full summer 2025 season.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Graphics Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who has a strong foundation in graphic design and has a passion for photography. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation while working closely with our team to execute marketing strategies, plans, and tactics.

Objectives of this Role:

• Create graphics for digital and print materials, including website content, marketing materials, emails, and presentations.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suites to develop visual assets.
• Support product photography and image retouching as needed for use in branded materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in brainstorming and executing creative concepts for campaigns.
• Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access and storage.
• Assist videographer with internal video shoots.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to move a project team forward towards the goal
• Provide continuous updates and communications to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Ability to travel occasionally

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with video editing in Premiere and create renderings is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of photography, including composition, lighting, and editing.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Self-starter with the ability to set and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Identifies a meaningful goal and captures the imagination of others to achieve it
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills through active listening, presentation abilities and effective verbal and written skills
• Achieves results by problem solving, setting priorities and organization; understands the fundamentals of project management
• Consistently produces results that meet goals, has high work standards, and understands the impact of how deliverables will support the goals of the organization.
