MaineHealth Medical Group is looking for a Clinical Manager (RN) to join their busy Family Medicine practice in Saco, Maine. This position will oversee medical staff and work directly with providers to ensure accurate patient care, while maintaining policies and procedures. The ideal Registered Nurse for this position holds a BSN as well as 5 or more years of experience with prior leadership experience.

This position offers a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule. This position does not include weekends, call or major holidays.


Summary:

The Manager - Clinical Ambulatory Care is responsible for supervising and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical work flow in order to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. The Clinical Manager will work with physicians, midlevel providers and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, referral process, patient flow, and maximize the productivity of each practice location.

Knowledge Skills And Abilities:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Experience:
  3. Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
