We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee critical service projects within the Marine, Power Generation, and Defense industries. About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and execute high-impact service projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client expectations.
  • Optimize resource allocation across multi-branch service teams to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Implement best practices for project execution, ensuring future initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including factory representatives, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship, elevating project management professionalism across the organization.
  • Travel up to 25 percent to customer and project sites as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Four or more years of project management experience, preferably in energy, industrial or construction industries.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience demonstrating project management success and business acumen).
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000, plus short-term incentive bonus.
  • Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
