Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months


List 3-5 hard requirements for the role:

  • 4 year degree or 4 years direct experience in IT


List any preferred requirements

  • Knowledge of Atlassian Products - specifically JSM
  • Experience working with Managers - high level of communication skills
  • Experience working extremely closely with an IT team


Top 3 Skills:

  • Experience writing tools for and using API's ~ We have an occasional need to work with various API's in the software/tools we manage. While we do have a resource for this in a separate department, it would be a 'nice-to-have' if we found someone that had experience with working with APIs here.
  • Atlassian Knowledge/Experience
  • SharePoint Admin background


Knowledge/Experience

  • SharePoint Admin background
  • 4 year degree in IT related field


Daily tasks/duties and department interactions:

  • Task widely vary from processing Jira Requests to meeting with ADC Managers to discuss Vendor OnBoarding. Very wide variety of tasks. The individual will be working very closely with the other AppOps team members/employees
