"I can succeed as a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst at Capital Group." As a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analystwithin the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) group, you will leverage your thought leadership and subject matter expertise to execute sourcing initiatives in support of the enterprise-wide business priorities of the Information Technology Group. By leveraging your continuous improvement mindset, you will enable smooth operations between the sourcing teams, the Information Technology Group stakeholders and other internal partners such as Finance, Program Management, Risk and Legal. You will help drive business value by developing strategies for and leading negotiations, including complex contracting negotiations. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost optimization initiatives, proactively manage expectations and address concerns related to sourcing activities, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate favorable contract terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices. You will drive process optimization, vendor management enablement and category management. Every day, you'll leverage your end-to-end sourcing, contracting, vendor management expertise to make recommendations to support business needs. "I am the person that Capital Group is looking for."
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
