Who You Are We are seeking an experienced, high impact, results driven leader that has The Strategic Mindset that combines both breadth of perspectives and depth of experience in Industrial Water Markets which includes Municipal Wastewater/Drinking Water, Mineral Processing, Heavy Industry, Upstream Energy (Oil & Gas), Light Industry, and F&B. This leader will be responsible for leading a Global Marketing Team in developing and executing the Industrial Solutions Business Unit overall marketing strategy across international markets, overseeing cross functional teams to identify capabilities needed to drive growth. A key aspect of this role is to drive consistency globally and collaborate with regional marketing and commercial teams to develop and drive marketing campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition, identify investments in sales growth strategies, and build business cases that identify regional needs as well as uncovering the marketing insights that support the M&A team in identifying prospects that accelerate profitable growth strategies. The ideal candidate is a Big Thinker and has a proven track record in strategically identifying growth opportunities and leveraging competitive advantage. They can anticipate and adapt to dynamic market conditions and can identify opportunities to delight customers by uncovering new marketing insights, and customer needs that can be solved in a value enhancing way. This is a pivotal role in the organization and will require collaboration across the value chain when it comes to building business cases that can including Finance, Enterprise Marketing, Innovation Marketing, Regional Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Commercial Leadership teams.
