ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

As the SleepSync Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to raise clinician awareness, grow adoption, and increase engagement with the SleepSync Patient Management Platform, a tool used by clinicians to manage Inspire therapy for patients with obstructive sleep apnea. This role will lead product releases and ongoing promotion across Inspire's digital portfolio, collaborating closely with cross functional partners including Product Development, MedEd, and Clinical & Sales Training. The Product Marketing Manager reports to Inspire's Director of Medical Professional Marketing.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

• Refine Inspire's SleepSync platform messaging to clearly communicate its value proposition for clinicians and administrators engaged with Inspire and ensure consistent message delivery across channels.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Inspire's SleepSync platform and products. Collaborate with Upstream Marketing and Product Development as SleepSync product releases approach, refining and executing launch plans in partnership with Sales Training.
• Work cross-functionally to produce sales tools, technical brochures, case studies, training programs, and digital content that effectively communicate SleepSync benefits for end-users to ensure consistent messaging and a deep understanding of the products' value.
• Prepare and present regular reports for leadership, outlining successes, challenges, and opportunities for future product enhancements or marketing tactics.
• Connect with SleepSync end users to validate product benefits, assess opportunities, and support clinical adoption and regular use.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or education required.
• 3 - 5 years in medical device marketing or field roles
• Familiarity with patient management platforms or app-connected health technology
• High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
• Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
• Proven record of working effectively with medical professionals and sales teams
• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative

Preferred:

• Master's degree in business preferred.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($93,200 - $139,800) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
