The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. The Impact You'll Make
Makes daily contributions to achieving CSBG installed base differentiation and revenue growth objectives via business development planning and execution. Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices. Plans, manages, and provides operational support for a CSBG Business Development. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises CSBG Business Development executive by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Functions as CSBG Business Development delegate for both internal and external partner interfaces. What You'll Do

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, account teams, and other internal stakeholders. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership of organizations in high-stress environments and ability to prioritize constrained resources to achieve objectives. Presentation creation and delivery skills: Seasoned veteran of creating presentation materials for and delivering to executives and customers of all levels. Proficiency in ERM & CRM applications Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with customers/account teams to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Relationship Building: Skillful at developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal partners. Market Research: Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and the ability to identify potential business opportunities. Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Project/Program Management: Ability to manage projects and/or programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting objectives. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed business decisions. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing market dynamics and customer needs. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time. #LI-LE1 Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $132,000.00 -$276,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
