The Opportunity: The Laboratory Technician III position supports assigned teaching laboratories by: (1) supporting instructors of assigned teaching laboratories by maintaining inventory of equipment, supplies, chemicals and live specimens; maintaining compliance to university safety and animal welfare regulations; maintaining daily laboratory set-up; presetting and closing labs at the end of the day; and modifying laboratory exercises as needed; and (2) training undergraduate laboratory assistants in compliance to university safety and animal welfare regulations and daily support of teaching laboratories. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information Preferred Qualifications:
