Department Operations Department Communications Health, Safety, and Environmental Business Development Support New Employee Orientation Employee Allocation Program Employee Development Program Employee Performance Management Program Employee Departures Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program Project Scope/Cost/Time Management Project Quality Management Project Risk Management Project Communication Management Project Delivery: Global Integrated Delivery Qualifications * BS or MS in Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience if allowed by law. * 10+ years' experience in the offshore oil and gas industry. * Strong familiarity with offshore industry standards the influence structural aspects (ex. API RP 2A). * Supervisory and/or lead experience required. * Relevant professional registration required. * Supervises work and performance directly and through discipline leads. * Experience with workshare delivery model is preferred. * Proficient with engineering software applications (ex. SACS for offshore structure analysis). * Computer proficiency required. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Accuracy and attention to detail important. * Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities. * Ability to prepare, present, and/or supervise the development of complex program proposals and reports to senior-level management and customers. * Responsible for establishing project estimates and oversight of project budgets. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to effectively communicate in English and take a leadership role. * Commitment to customer service and ability to assist others in solving functional problems. * Ability to maintain confidential information critically. * Generally characterized as a "Senior Supervising Leader" with the ability to supervise more diverse or complex functions. * Ability to direct work through others. * Provides oversight, expertise, and guidance to less experienced individuals. * Regularly interfaces with departmental staff, upper management, and outside customers. * General attributes required of all Worley employees involved in leadership include Zero Harm, Action Orientation, Building Effective Business Relationships, Commitment, Customer Focus, Dealing with Change, Drive for Results, Integrity and Trust, and Leadership Skills including Strategic Ability, Managing Vision & Purpose, Command Skills, and Global Business Knowledge. * Willingness for occasional travel: client engagement, work site visit, vendor visit. * Willingness to engage in professional associations preferred. * Ability to work effectively in teams. #LI-MT3 Moving forward together We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
