  • Lead Cook - Directs the work of other Cooks and performs cooking, serving and sanitation to support to each resident's person-centered Plan of Care (POC).

What Makes Us Different?

ElderSpan Management LLC is a local Wisconsin family-owned company that began because of a family need for a different type of long term care option. From that need developed a new resident-centered, healthcare-focused assisted living model. We opened our first facility, in 1995.

Full Time Hours:

  • 7am - 3pm, including every other weekend, 80 hours every two weeks


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, portion control and nutrition
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Support up to 100 pounds
