We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Integrated Logistics Specialist to join our team and oversee international shipments. What You'll Do - Own the Full Logistics Process As an Integrated Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing containerized and oversized international shipments from start to finish. You'll ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective transportation while navigating customs regulations and trade compliance. Your Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Shipments - Manage the transportation of containerized and oversized cargo, including heavy machinery and industrial equipment. Track & Monitor Shipments - Proactively track containers via truck, rail, and steamship companies, providing status updates to customers. Ensure Customs Compliance - Prepare required shipping documentation and work with customs brokers for clearance. Collaborate with Key Partners - Work with port agencies, vendors, and customers to prevent delays and resolve logistics challenges. Handle Financials - Process invoicing, payables, and revenue tracking to ensure accurate billing and cost management. Who You Are - A Logistics Expert with a Problem-Solving Mindset To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in international shipping and logistics with an eye for efficiency and accuracy. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in international logistics, shipping, or supply chain management. Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade compliance. Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze shipping issues and implement solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors and customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Why Join The Pasha Group?
