Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator assists the marketing team with development and fulfillment of marketing campaigns including social media marketing programs, marketing collateral, emails, and digital marketing.

• Coordinates with branch banking team(s) for marketing materials, promotional items, and community events
• Responsible for fulfillment of marketing requests from marketing request form
• Management of social media channels, working within the department to create a social media calendar and posting schedule
• Tracks projects to measure effectiveness and prepares status reports for stakeholders
• Responsible for some creative services creating social media graphics, flyers, etc.
• Conduct competitive marketing research

Minimum Requirements:

• BA or BS in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field
• Must have a high level of creativity. Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to perform advanced math and carry out complex written instructions
• Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the job
• Lifting in an office setting up to 30lbs.
