- Provide strategic legal support for complex patent transactions, research collaborations, and contractual arrangements within a global framework.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute technology licensing and brand licensing agreements to bolster Nokia's market position.
- Collaborate with Nokia's patent creation engine to provide legal insights and support for innovation initiatives.
- Advise multiple business functions within Nokia Technologies on compliance, sourcing, and privacy matters.
- Engage directly with business leaders, fostering relationships and delivering timely legal advice on IP and technology-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in intellectual property management and technology transactions.
- Enhance your expertise by working across diverse geographical jurisdictions in a leading technology company.
- Utilize language skills, including Finnish or other European languages, to support global operations and transactions effectively.
You have:
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in law firm or in-house positions
- Solid experience in advising on intellectual property and technology related legal matters, including drafting, negotiating and executing on complex legal arrangements in a global context
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, including professional-level fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and resolve problems within own area of responsibility
- Qualifications to practice in at least one key jurisdiction in which Nokia operates

- Knowledge of Finnish or another European language
