One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is currently seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Network Analyst III to join their IT Infrastructure-Network Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and monitoring VoIP and network infrastructure. Provide production support and assists in developing and executing strategic roadmaps with focus on administration and management of associated VoIP, network components and applications (e.g. Network devices (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, etc.), Monitoring and Management tools). Network components supported may also include but are not limited to SBC, Internet, Third Party Connections, MPLS and VPN connections, and security tools. Lead and coordinate work amongst other IT resources. Mentor others on the Infrastructure Team to develop individual skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Additional Duties: Under general supervision: Fulfill or resolve network request or trouble call and complete required documentation (i.e.trouble ticket, network access request, Service Request, etc.). Understand and follow directions and adhere to policies and procedures. Lead and coordinate network projects (i.e., firewall, core router/switch, protocols, security, etc.). Work with users and vendors to resolve network connectivity or capacity issues. Recommend and implement cost reduction solutions and support critical bank network equipment or complex systems. *Skills* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience required. * Minimum of seven (7) years of equivalent work experience in Information Technology field supporting and maintaining infrastructure/applications required. * Minimum of five (5) years' experience with managing and supporting network systems required. * Experience requirements may be gained concurrently required. * Professional certifications in technology from vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, and/or related, or equivalent work experience with technology from these vendors preferred. * Demonstrates self-motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision; takes initiative when identifies a need or issue and can serve as a backup when immediate supervisor is not available. * Working knowledge in setup and troubleshooting of server hardware and operating systems. * Familiar with systems administration and data management. * Familiar with network infrastructure components, including hardware and security tools. * Knowledgeable of virtualization solutions. * Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with end-users. * Knowledge of information security and how it relates to management of infrastructure. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skill. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
