We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shipping Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and sending out orders to our customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also handle incoming shipments, verify inventory, and maintain records.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of pallet-jack to include loading and unloading of trucks
• Selects and Packages merchandise according to the customer order
• Determines and assembles appropriate packaging material for shipments; weighs packages and affixes correct postage/labels
• Perform Data Entry for processing orders through a computerized system
• Perform other administrative and support functions as needed
• Complete assignments with independent thought and action within the scope of specific assignments

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• High School Diploma is required
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Required to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required
• A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are required.
