Job Title: Senior Linux/Ansible Administrator Location(s): Richmond, VA Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate infrastructure tasks. Utilize Ansible Tower for orchestration, provisioning, and configuration management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux systems and RedHat products. Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure through automated processes. Provide documentation and training to internal teams on Ansible and Linux best practices. Requirements: Proven experience with Ansible Tower and playbooks. Strong proficiency in Linux, particularly with RedHat products. Experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management. What are the top (at least 3 if possible) Proven experience with Ansible Tower and playbooks. Strong proficiency in Linux, particularly with RedHat products. Experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management. What are the top "nice to have" skill sets? Certification in RedHat or Ansible. Experience with other automation tools and frameworks. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. What soft skill requirements do you have Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. What education and certifications/licensures are required?
