JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards by managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and addressing potential risks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team, members.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address their concerns
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts
  • Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Track project costs and expenses
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Resolve conflict within team
  • Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, dependable, and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
  • Executes each essential duty satisfactorily to perform the job successfully.
  • Follows all safety procedures required in the work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
  • Performs effectively as a team member, can work well with others, is open to receiving and giving feedback, and treats everyone respectfully.
  • Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects.
  • Follow all department quality standards/criteria. Raise concerns and issues to management.
  • Understands the department's key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to achieving these goals individually and as a team.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

  • Some travel may be required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree from 4-year University or College in Engineering, Manufacturing and/or relative major.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Project Management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Manufacturing, specifically food service industry, stainless steel and/or general contracting
  • Project Manufacturing Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.

  • Safety glasses

  • Hearing protection (e.g. ear plugs, earmuffs)
  • Face shields
  • Face covering (mask) in accordance with company policy.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $31.98-53.10 per hour. Salary may vary based on experience.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
  • Normal shop hours are 6:30 am until 3:00 pm
  • Work Location: In person
  • Ability to Commute: Northglenn, CO 80233 (Required)

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Pay: $31.98-53.10 per hour.
