The US Oncology Network has an immediate need of a qualified candidate for the role of Sr. Regional Finance Director to join the Financial Operations team. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Vice President of Finance Operations. This role serves as the primary financial representative for the US Oncology Network's Joint Venture Radiation business, providing strategic advice to senior leadership and physician partners on financial activities such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and performance optimization. The role includes a significant operational finance component, where strategic analysis and insights are essential for implementing targeted growth strategies aligned with the long-range plan. The position also entails overseeing the Radiation JV's controller functions, including managing, preparing, and controlling the unit's budgets and forecasts, with support from all operations staff. In addition, the Senior Regional Finance Director will supervise rotating controllers who support various Oncology practices across the network, ensuring seamless financial operations. These rotating controllers offer comprehensive controllership support to practices, advising physicians and senior leaders on financial programs, leading the management, preparation, and control of budgets and forecasts, and handling close-related activities in line with generally accepted accounting principles. They also assist in onboarding new practices, controllers, and finance professionals as they join the network. **Practice Experience Strongly Preferred** Key Responsibilities
