At Marvell Technology, our IT Enterprise Applications team plays a critical role in enabling business functions through innovative, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. We are seeking an experienced Information Technology - Marketing Technology Solutions Lead to take ownership of the enterprise IT applications that power Marvell's marketing and customer-facing digital platforms.

This is an IT leadership role responsible for architecting, delivering, and managing enterprise-grade applications that support digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement. You will partner closely with marketing and branding teams as internal customers, ensuring that our IT applications meet their business objectives while maintaining the highest levels of security, scalability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise IT applications, solution architecture, and system integrations, with a strong focus on operational excellence, platform stability, and technical innovation.

What You Can Expect

  • Enterprise IT Ownership:Lead the architecture, development, and lifecycle management of IT applications supporting marketing and customer-facing functions.
  • Strategic IT Roadmap Execution:Define and implement the IT application strategy for marketing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with Marvell's enterprise IT and security standards.
  • System Integration & Scalability:Architect scalable, high-performance IT solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Data Platforms) while supporting marketing needs.
  • Operational Stability & Security:Establish robust monitoring, compliance, and governance processes to maintain high availability, performance, and security across all marketing-related IT applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as the IT liaison for marketing and branding teams, translating their business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • End-to-End Project Execution:Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Technical Leadership & Innovation:Evaluate and implement new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to optimize Marvell's marketing IT infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with IT leadership, marketing, security, and business stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with broader enterprise architecture goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experiencein IT Enterprise Applications, with a strong background in solution architecture, system integrations, and application lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on expertisewith enterprise technologies, including J2EE stack (Java, Spring, Hibernate), web application frameworks, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Proven track recordof architecting, implementing, and managing enterprise IT applications that support digital marketing, branding, or customer engagement.
  • Strong integration experiencewith enterprise data platforms to enable seamless marketing workflows.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)or similar enterprise content management systems.
  • Expertise in IT governance, compliance, and securitybest practices for web-based enterprise applications.
  • Experience leading cross-functional IT projects,managing complex application landscapes, and ensuring seamless platform scalability.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies,CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize enterprise applications effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills,capable of translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for marketing and branding stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation toolsand personalization platforms.
  • Experience integrating customer engagement platformsinto enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms, SEO tools, and user behavior tracking solutionsfrom an IT perspective.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

120,150 - 180,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
