"I can succeed as a FinOps Analyst (Software Asset Management) at Capital Group." As a FinOps Analyst (Software Asset Management) you'll utilize superior communication, technical, analytical, and quantitative skills to perform data analysis, cost optimization models, spend modelling, cost savings strategy development, and Effective License Positions on client and server software titles. By partnering with our Application Technology Owners, you will recommend cost optimized alternatives for new and existing software license consumption and create reports and dashboards that will produce meaningful insights from large raw datasets within our Software Asset Management tool, data lake, CMDB (Configuration Management Data Base), and other asset inventories. Additionally, you will use your superior technical skills to assist in maintaining the backend of our Software Asset Management tool. You will also accurately analyze and define software contracts and licenses in our Software Asset Management tool by understanding complex software license contract terms and conditions, software entitlements, and software inventory strategies. You will also implement and manage solutions to complex software consumption licensing and pricing options, applying hardware engineering, software design theories, software pricing models, and financial discipline to drive recommendations on cost optimized design. You will have the opportunity to make cost optimization recommendations that drive down cost. You will partner with business leaders to influence our FinOps Software Asset Management service strategy and provide leadership to others through innovation, critical thinking, collaboration, and operational excellence. Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
