How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and manage overall project execution plans to meet objectives and customer expectations.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Maintain and update project schedules, including task relationships and resource planning.

  • Collaborate with EHS personnel to enforce project-specific safety plans.

  • Manage commitments to customers, ensuring all expectations are met.

  • Provide project management support for complex project proposals.

  • Control project budgets to ensure positive cash flow and accurate financial forecasts.

  • Prepare and present detailed project status and financial reports.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • 8 years of experience in project management.

  • Experience with turnkey substation projects is advantageous; PMP certification is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and collaboration.

  • Technical and business acumen to solve complex problems and meet tight schedules.

  • Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
