Marketing Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN Job ID: #70684 6 month contract Pay Range: $27-32 ONSITE ROLE. - Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm EST - Days of wk: Mon-Fri Contractor Request for Marketing Programs & Promotions We are seeking an individual to serve on our Marketing Programs team. The position requires the ability to work effectively across multiple departments both internally and externally with distributors and vendor partners. *Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role. ***Knowledge of HVAC industry equipment and terminology would be a very strong plus. Scope and responsibilities of this position may evolve based on team needs and key future corporate initiatives. Initially, the candidate will spend the majority of their time assisting other program managers with the administration of existing programs with the aim of equipping the candidate to take over management of select programs. Responsibilities to include: - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure product lists and pricing remain current - Communication of program details with internal and external stakeholders - Field all questions internally and externally pertaining to the programs - Provide timely response to needs communicated from program stakeholders - Provide regular reporting on program performance - Manage relationships with key program vendor partners - Conduct program reviews with vendors - Identify opportunities to enhance/improve programs - Attend/host web meetings with program stakeholders as needed - Lead any special projects/initiatives pertaining to the program Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of relevant marketing experience Preferred Qualifications: - Strong background and experience with marketing promotions - Hands-on experience working with 2-step distribution. - Knowledge of HVAC industry equipment and terminology - Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization - Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience. - Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Superior follow-up and follow-through skills Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable t-state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud t-provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
