This position is contingent upon contract award.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for the oversight of Moderate risk and relatively complex technical V-22 Maintenance Projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Maintain highest level of skill, proficiency and knowledge to support aviation requirements.
* Maintain all required currencies in assigned aircraft.
* Oversees daily activities required in accordance with statement of work.
* Supports team leadership in accomplishing their duties and responsibilities.
* Assist the Program team with data queries, input data into project databases and track outputs of required data.
* Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
* Ensure each flight is completed efficiently, safely and productively.
* Comply with all Yulista and DoD aircraft procedural requirements.
* Comply with safety and occupational health standards, rules, regulations and policies.
* Identify hazards & report unsafe acts and procedures.
* Support investigation and resolution of anomalies and mishaps as assigned.
* Participate in safety inspections and training.
* The Pilot may be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
* Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules; develops solutions to functional area problems to various programs / projects.
* Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
* Determines business function metrics and measures, and reports progress to the Chief Pilot and Director of Aviation Operations.
* Must be able to fly under Day, Night and IMC flight conditions with responsibility for such operations as ferrying the aircraft from home station to required test sites.
* Assist in the development of the Preservation and Storage maintenance plan.
* Assist maintenance team with the scheduling and coordination of special inpsections and inductions.
* Provide input and review monthly maintenance plans and 3M monthly summary reports.
* Ensure Technical Directives and Technical Maintenance manuals are current and up to date.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
* Beginner to intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs. Working knowledge of advanced software applications is preferred.
* Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with other crew members.
* Must possess effective oral and technical written communication skills to clearly communicate information to others.
* Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc.
* Ability to follow a process.
* Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
* Strong decision analysis and problem solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management.
* Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista Integrated Solutions, LLC goals.
* Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
* High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to multi-task.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prior Marine, Airforce or Navy pilot qualified in the V22
* BA/BS degree in Aviation Field or related field with 10+ years' experience.
* Working knowledge of AR 95-1 and DCMA 8210.
* FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
* Ability to secure and maintain a government security clearance.
* Ability to pass drug test
* Must hold or have the ability to obtain a valid, current FAA or military Class II Medical Certificate
* Must have not less than 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command time.
* Must hold a valid FAA Commercial / Instrument Rotorcraft license/ VTOL Powered Lift Commercial Endorsement with and instrument rating.
* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
