Travel: 20% travel required (10% domestic & 10% International).
Salary: $102,000 to $110,000/yr.
Days / Hours: Mon - Fri / 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Summary of Duties: Manage complex CAPEX (capital expenditure) projects. Launch of new products and processes in MUs (Manufacturing Units). Relocate existing production lines and resources. Focus on continuous improvement and optimization. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage them effectively and efficiently. Assess and manage project related risks. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs in order to meet budget and timeline (Follow up of Cash Flow forecast). Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution. Ensure all quality and safety procedures are followed and actively work to improve quality and safety programs. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business or Public Administration or related field of study and 1 year of experience in project management. Employer will accept pre- Bachelor's experience.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:

1) Project financials;
2) Using, researching and implementing project management software and tools, including Microsoft Platforms and Projects Software;
3) Project improvement and optimization;
4) Communicating ideas, data and opportunities to stakeholders to achieve project objectives;
5) Create and utilize GANTT Charts to display and explain project metrics; and
6) Vendor and contractor selection and management.
