Position Title: Operations Coordinator
Henderson, CO
Monday through Friday Day shift

JOB DUTIES AND INFORMATION

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

PAY RANGE: $24 - $26

Estimated application window close date: Friday, April 4th, 2025

Incentive pay: This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the following program: quarterly bonus program

  • Provide excellent customer service to other Plant and or Branches.

  • Load and Unload transfer pallets of cylinders.

  • Accurately Receives STO's for inbound deliveries of cylinders.

  • Arranges STO's for delivery of cylinders to multiple ship to locations.

  • Accurately reports daily Bulk Readings.

  • Successfully track open orders.

  • Lead end of month bulk Inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of computer order entry systems.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to routinely lift 25 - 50 lbs., and occasionally lift 51 - 80 lbs., frequent bending.

  • Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours.

  • Must be able to work overtime, when necessary.

  • SAP experience.

  • Ability to read and understand all written communications.

  • Ability to become forklift certified.

  • Customer service or sales experience.
