Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in ourDenveroffice, you will beworking as an Automotive Product Application Research Specialist. Reporting to the Automotive Product Application Manager.

Key responsibilities:




  • Researching applications and supporting product line part number definitions for assigned lines in the commercialization of new products.



  • Identifying and recommending new product opportunities by developing and utilizing strong relationships with automotive technicians, service writers, technician industry initiatives, key internal and external personnel, field research, and any other tools (i.e. OE sales data) that are available.



  • Providing analysis, repair information, installation instructions, technical information, reports, identifying product failures, recommending solutions that support better than OE strategy, etc. as required and directed to support the overall commercialization process from start to finish.



  • Participating in cross-functional teams as required to commercialize new products.



Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • ASE certification, preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft software experience, preferred.
  • Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront.
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral.
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Travel potential: maximum 10%.
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
  • Relocation isnot provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
