What your day-to-day will look like:

* Lead behavioral science research and strategy components of project engagements for Fortune 500 clients across a range of industries and project types - independently and as part of a team

* Contribute to and lead cross-functional teams (strategy, insights, data, design, technology), providing behavioral science expertise and guidance

* Understand how to leverage behavioral science concepts and best practices to frame and solve experience challenges

* Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer behavior into actionable insights and recommendations

* Work with teams to design and facilitate successful presentations and workshops that advocate findings and implications to diverse audiences, including senior executive level clients

* Support project design across a range of project types and contribute to the end-to-end creation of winning proposals

* Contribute to organizational business development activities from opportunity identification to sold work

* Support the evolution of behavioral science theory and practice across the organization, including tools and methods

* Actively manage a broad network of stakeholders within Cognizant Moment

What you'll need:

* Passion for immersing in human behavior research, developing strategy, and guiding organizations in experience transformation initiatives

* Demonstrated experience in designing experiments, surveys, and observational studies, analyzing data, developing theories, and designing and evaluating intervention programs

* Examples of how you analyzed research and third-party data points to test theories and design interventions to promote behavioral changes

* Proven experience connecting individual data points and conveying not only what is happening, but also how and why it is happening.

* Well versed experience in statistical analysis and data analysis techniques

* Proficiency in translating data and research findings into actionable insights and directional principles

* A strong desire to build a practice and be a people leader, and patient teacher

* Client management skills and the ability to command a room

* Previous consulting experience across multiple industries

* Graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in behavioral science, psychology, sociology, consumer research or similar field

* 5-7 years of work experience

* Conversant in the principles and practices of human-centered design and design thinking

* Note: Currently travel is not a requirement; would expect up to 25% as business requirements change
