FULLY WORK FROM HOME *MUST LIVE IN PHOENIX AREA* Remote Customer Relations Rep Job Description: * Provides customer service by responding to a wide variety of customer and member hotel inquiries and requests. * Resolves guest and member issues to satisfaction. * Will handle some calls involving angry or upset customers * Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies and procedures. * Assists in retaining customers for the brand in order to provide future revenue for the members. Remote Customer Relations Rep Location: * FULLY REMOTE (must live in Phoenix area) Remote Customer Relations Rep Pay: * $20/hour * Bonus potential $200-$400 a month * $50 a month towards Wi-Fi Bill * All equipment provided Remote Customer Relations Rep Hours: Must have open Schedule availability.
