GENERAL FUNCTION

Position is responsible for the overall inventory control structure including physical verification and monitoring processes. Ensure inventory risks are properly reported/communicated. Work cross functionally with operations, systems support, planning, etc, to mitigate risks and improve overall accuracy. Lead inventory control team to ensure all requirements are met in ana accurate and timely way.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Ensure cycle count procedures are consistent with corporate policies via oversight of the cycle count team.
  • Manage/oversee PI process controls among all material inventory locations.
  • Define and manage all the inventory flows (raw materials, FGs, MRO materials) between warehouse and manufacturing.
  • Maintain, develop and/or improve key inventory control and audit processes including, but not limited to: virtual/temp location aging, bin audits, 999 processing audits, floor audits, process flows, bin card management/audits, etc
  • Support the monthly subcontracting cycle count program at the vendor location.
  • Establish and implement methods and best practices related to inventory and cycle count tools/reports automation.
  • Lead organization in attaining KPI metrics.
  • Proactively engages with operational management on inventory issues and partner on solutions that will result in improved control of inventories (physical and/or systemic).
  • Maintain, develop and improve SOPs for key team activities.
  • Prepares management reports to meet both local and corporate requirements.
  • Coordinate support for internal and PWC audits.
  • Support special projects including new developments, material moves and new



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years' work experience with at least 3 years in a distribution/warehouse environment
  • Proficiency with Excel and SAP (or other ERP system)
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset; pro-actively identifying opportunities to improve both process and/or the business
  • Strong learning agility; ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
  • Effectively manages time and effort to achieve necessary tasks given shifting priorities
  • Independent thinker that is self-directed
  • Experience managing large teams



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • SAP DWM experience
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus


Pay Range: [[67,327.15-[[97,864.46

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
