Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift Pay: $19.74/hr. Production Molder essential tasks: Follow all company safety and employment rules. Identify and use correct materials per mold charge sheet. Clean and prepare molds after each cycle and check mold pressures and temperatures for issues. Move molded shoes to the cleaning table or conveyor and remove excess material. Inspect shoes for defects, report issues to QA, and check shoe thickness as required. Properly store finished shoes and report any machine or maintenance problems immediately. Maintain production and quality records, follow 5S procedures, and ensure regular on-site attendance.
