Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. Developer - Salesforce Consultant with our client in the transportation industry in their Atlanta, GA location. This is a 12 + month contract position. Description: Seeking a Sr. Developer - Salesforce Consultant Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, a journey of transformation. Responsibilities: Responsible for the analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology Construct, test, and implement portions of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology Participate in standard business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions Use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems Apply specialized knowledge in a single discipline such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering, industry expertise, or legacy evolution Interact with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment and technical context Validate scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of information technology solutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies Define project scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementation dates Research, analyze, recommend, and implement new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques Assists in defining alternate solutions for the business problem Champion development and integration standards, best practices, and their related deliverables Aim to deliver processes and components that can be maintained by the business into the future using native features and functions whenever possible Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning web components to meet the business's requirements Requirements: 6+ years' experience Able to clearly articulate the pros and cons of why you would use a particular method to achieve a solution Deep familiarity with building integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using Apex REST APIs or other integration ETL tools Experience developing and debugging LWC components Confident to review code built by other developers and understand how to get to the root of an issue If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
