About the role: Our team is looking for a Sr. Product Designer to help design the future of banking experiences for millions of consumers. This is a sr-level position within our new design group, focusing on a mix of building embedded banking experiences from scratch, redesigning existing SaaS banking products, and contributing to an design system. You will help shape the design culture and work hand in hand with product, engineering, and others to launch high quality products to our clients and their customers. What you will be doing: * Leverage customer insights to collaboratively define product requirements with cross-functional partners, shaping end-to-end product experiences across a spectrum of developer, mobile, and SaaS products * You'll play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences not only through design but also leading workshops, sprints and planning processes * Working closely with product and engineering throughout the product life cycle, from initial planning to final designs and launch, you'll be instrumental in bringing visions to reality * Additionally, this role extends to contributing to a new design system applicable across a diverse suite of financial software products Beyond the specific tasks, your contribution involves participating in a cultural shift towards a design-forward environment.
