*Plano, TX | Hybrid (1 day onsite, increasing to 4 days in Sept.) | $41/hr | 52-Week Contract* *Our client is seeking a Procurement Analyst* to develop and execute procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and facilitate sourcing initiatives. This role requires expertise in *strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management* within professional services commodities. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and negotiate *contractual agreements* (MSAs, SOWs, renewals, NDAs). * Lead *sourcing initiatives (RFx)* and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain competitive sourcing environments. * Build and execute *multi-year spend strategies* across purchasing categories. * Analyze procurement activities for *Tier I and II suppliers* and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. * Partner with internal teams to drive procurement efficiencies and cost savings. * Educate and train business units on best procurement practices. *Position Highlights:* * *Hybrid role* (Tuesdays onsite, increasing to Mon-Thurs starting 9/2/2025). * Standard *8 AM - 5 PM schedule* with flexibility. * Travel: Minimal (<5%) for supplier events. * Competitive compensation: *$41/hr*. * Full benefits, including *medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, disability coverage, and more*. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * *Education:* Bachelor's degree (mandatory) in business or supply chain management. * *Experience:* *5+ years* in *contract development, negotiations, sourcing, and data analytics*. * *Skills:* Strong *leadership, analytical, and communication* skills. * *Tools:* Proficiency in *Microsoft Office Suite*; *eMarketplace and Ariba Spend Management preferred*. * *Certifications:* CPM or CPSM certification (preferred). *Next Steps:* Qualified candidates will be contacted by a *TEKsystems recruiter within 3 business days*. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $41.00/hr.
