Wiring and Cabling Experience *Willingness to work outside 90% of the time *Description* Technical Skills (Required) - Be able to use full Microsoft software sweet - Ability to support large WiFi networks - Be comfortable working around low and medium voltage systems - Be comfortable to Lock out and Tag out multi energy systems - Safely work in a simulated mining environment - Operate light vehicles pulling a utility trailer - Be able to operate manlifts and be comfortable working at heights above 20 feet - Be comfortable working outside in a remote location in Southern Arizona Typical task breakdown: -Identify and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes to support maintenance and rework to heavy off highway equipment -Participate on continuous improvement teams to ensure team ideas are being championed in a timely fashion, -Monitoring equipment, tools and process; identify and address problem areas. -Develops best practices documentation for all major activities -Trains others on all major tasks and considerations for the full manufacturing process. -Advises others using industry experience and benchmarks for methodology effectiveness. -Document processes -Monitor field Wifi network to ensure network availability -Performs routine maintenance: cleaning, replacing defective parts and documenting any processes for sustainability -Set up new network access points according to manufacturer's specifications and client needs -Provide technical support on all aspects of maintaining and reworking heavy equipment for machine testing / provide general maintenance to ensure the health of the field WIFI network *Skills* Network engineering, electrical wiring, wireless network, Troubleshooting, voltage distribution, energy systems, Router, Cisco routers, Wan, Wireless *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Soft Skills (Required) - Attention to detail -Works well with others -Very autonomous job, so needs to be able to work independently. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
