Job Description: Customer Experience Loan Processor *Overview:* The Customer Experience Loan Processor is an entry-level role within Consumer Direct Lending, responsible for guiding consumers through the loan origination process after initial discussions with a loan officer. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
*Responsibilities:* * *Communication:* Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts with consumers, providing exceptional customer service for mortgage loan inquiries. * *Pipeline Management:* Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * *Data Entry:* Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to support loan processing. * *Interdepartmental Coordination:* Collaborate with multiple departments to expedite processing and resolve issues. * *Research:* Conduct preliminary research to accurately resolve and respond to customer inquiries. * *Escalation:* Request assistance for escalated or complex issues from supervisors. * *Standards Compliance:* Meet outlined production and quality standards, adhering to established policies and procedures. * *Additional Duties:* Perform other related tasks as required and demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values. *Skills:* * *Customer Service:* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and texts. * *Data Entry:* Proficiency in data entry and loan processing. * *Communication:* Effective written and oral communication skills. * *Problem Solving:* Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment abilities. * *Time Management:* Strong time management skills to deliver work on time. * *Technical Proficiency:* Proficiency with computers and mainstream applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.). *Additional Qualifications:* * *Experience:* Mortgage or financial services call center experience is a plus. * *Language Skills:* Bilingual Spanish is a plus (not required). * *Regulatory Knowledge:* General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local mortgage regulations is a plus. * *Team Player:* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * *Negotiation Skills:* Ability to effectively resolve problems. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
