*A Large Childcare Education Learning company is hiring a fully remote Invoicing Specialist (Vendor Management) to join the team for a great opportunity!* *Job Description:* * Partner with Leadership to analyze and enhance IT resource allocation and capacity management, improving visibility and decision-making. * Develop, formalize, and implement a vendor performance scorecard to measure and improve the effectiveness of all IT vendors effectiveness. * Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs. * Collaborate with Corporate Accounts Payable to ensure accurate invoice coding and timely processing within Workday. * Support FP&A questions on variance analysis on IT expenditures, including operating, project, and capital costs, and present findings in a clear, actionable format. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Partners, IT leadership, and external vendors, effectively influencing strategic and operational decisions. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience with Workday (ERP) is a big plus but not required * 2-4 years of Invoicing experience in a similar position with a medium to large sized company * Advanced level skills in MS Excel * Intermediate level skills in MS Word and PowerPoint * Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills ***If Interested:* *Please apply to the job application! * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
