*Description*
Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products. Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans. Process and close for loan products. Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups. Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals. Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Loan Documentation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. *Skills* processing loans, mortgage, insurance, Customer service, Troubleshooting, Office suite, Email, Data, Support, Powerpoint, Document management, Customer service oriented, Document management system, Data entry *Top Skills Details* processing loans, mortgage, insurance *Additional Skills & Qualifications* HS Diploma 1+ years of professional experience in Mortgage, Real Estate, Title, or Insurance. Desired Qualifications/Skills/Experience *Home mortgage, insurance, or financial services experience oUnderwriting experience preferred *Ability to follow/adhere to documented processes and procedures *Work independently to meet production goals/targets *Maintain high quality standards *Provide clear communication to internal partners *Interpret/apply policy and documentation requirements *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $20.00/hr.
