The Regional Product and Program Specialist (RPPS) is primarily responsible for two key tasks: establishing themselves as an expert in the products within their assigned areas and developing sales programs that support sales growth in those same areas. In this capacity, the RPPS will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product Management (PM), Pricing, Analytics, and Marketing teams to determine suitable program incentives, price points, and messaging for both end-users and channel partners. The individual in this role must cultivate strong relationships with internal teams. Additionally, they must possess a comprehensive understanding of Brady's product value proposition, the competitive landscape in relation to Brady's offerings, and the implications of any pricing decisions on both margins and product positioning within the market. |
