What To Expect

- Reports directly to Facility Operations Manager and is responsiblefor managing overall business and operational activities of the factory. Ensure focused factory goals and objectives are met so customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the manufacturing of products in assigned factory in compliance with company goals and objectives.
- Participates in high performance teams as needed to meet business objectives.
- Prepares reports, including but not limited to labor, scrap, production efficiency, cost reductions, and quality of product.
- Maintains proper employment levels through effective selection, interviewing, training, on-boarding, and retention methods.
- Supervisory responsibilities:
- Direct reports: 3-4 Production Supervisors, approximately 200+ hourly Production Workers.
About You
- Bachelor of Science (BS) undergraduate college degree or equivalent with three years of specific experience OR a combination of education and eight years of specific experience.
- Must have a minimum of five years' experience in a management or supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong and effective management and supervisory skills required, including planning, organizing, communicating, influencing, gathering and using information, and motivating to achieve results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
