Summary - Responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of administrative processes and support services. Also, responsible for collaborating with executive leadership and working closely with department managers to drive operational excellence and support the overall goals of the organization.

Essential Functions-Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
-Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the administrative team.
-Supervise and manage administrative staff, set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
-Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement administrative strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
-Establish and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote efficiency, compliance, and consistency.
-Contribute to budget development and management for administrative functions.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or

Experience
Healthcare Management Experience 5-7 years required and Supervisory/Management Experience 3-5 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of administrative processes, policies, and best practices.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
