As a technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for Cloud Infrastructure delivery for key NAM & LAT customers, ensuring alignment with committed domain scope, timelines, key revenue milestones, and delivery costs against the as-sold baseline (ASBL).Serve as the project escalation point for key technical issues impacting the project, collaborating with business group delivery managers, program directors, Market Services (MS), and Product & Engineering (P&E) leaders to ensure smooth and profitable execution. Accountable for aligning service demand and resource supply between Market Services and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring that resource supply (cost booking) is in sync with the cost baseline. How will you contribute and what you will learn:
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., CBIS,NCS,NCP,OCP) and services.
- Ability to understand scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
- Knowledge about automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., DNS, VPNs, routing, firewalls).
- Familiarity with security principles, compliance requirements, and threat mitigation techniques.
- Experience with tools and techniques to monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement fixes.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: You have:
- Ability to negotiate terms, scope, and deadlines with clients, vendors, and teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensuring collaboration across departments like development, engineering, and operations.
- Effective presentation skills with project updates, reports, and technical explanations to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues under pressure.
- Building opportunities to improve processes, optimize systems, and reduce costs.

- Adaptability to quickly adjust to new technologies, tools, and evolving client requirements.
- Understanding of cost control, budgeting, and delivering within the specified financial constraints.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and integration with development teams.
