Qualifications:



  • Minimum 6 months experience and/or training in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Experience with AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems preferred.
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.



Schedules available:



  • Sunday-Tuesday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM; Wednesday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM | $18/hr.
  • Wednesday, 12:00 PM-6:00 PM; Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM | $18/hr.
  • Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-2:30 AM | $19/hr.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to take orders, address service changes, and resolve billing or service issues.
  • Process customer orders, input receipts, and generate necessary paperwork while verifying product availability and special requests.
  • Coordinate last-minute shipping requests and expedite orders with the transportation department as needed.
  • Track and trace customer orders, providing updates on shipping and delivery status.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain proper records for customer accounts and inventory.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and reporting feedback to management.
  • Perform clerical tasks like answering phones, operating office equipment, maintaining customer files, and preparing reports.
